I love that you’re asking that question. And, while the answer varies for everyone, I do believe that Life Consulting is a great resource if you are new to the emotional health world or you’ve been on your healing journey for years. If you’re wanting to grow, you’ve come to the right place. Here are a few areas I love helping my clients grow in:
Self-compassion - turning toward yourself with kindness and curiosity rather than judgment and criticism
Self-awareness - understanding your own unique set of triggers and how they show up in your world
Emotional intelligence - recognizing and naming different emotions to better understand and communicate your internal experience
Ownership - taking responsibility for how you show up in your life and your relationships
Empowerment - discovering that you have all you need within you to create a life that you love
Nervous System Regulation - finding peace and building emotional resiliency by regulating your nervous system
